What do we offer?

‘Knowledge’, ‘Training’ and ‘Employment’ all go hand in hand. At KADS Support, we ensure young people have the freedom to get the training they require so that they may improve their prospects in employment and self-development.

 

From ‘Basic Skills’ to ‘Employment’. 

Training

Basic Skills

Our Basic Skills training program helps build the foundations in literacy and numeracy. Young people are armed with essential life knowledge.

Train & Trade

This program helps young people develop a range of trade skills like bricklaying, decorating, plumbing, carpentry.

Gardening & Horticulture

Learning new skills in gardening and horticulture through our Putting Down Roots for Young People project, which is funded by the Big Lottery Fund through the Our Bright Future programme

Employment

Spear

Provide and advise on wider support needs and encourage opportunities for their personal development / achievements.

Multiple Disadvantage Employment

Through this scheme, we provide practical support to help individuals with multiple disadvantages to find employment.

How Our Staff Helps

Staff work alongside the young person to promote positive and effective relationships working towards the best outcomes for individuals. Staff will work in partnership with referring agencies forming a professional and productive working relationship.
